To Our Cognitive Health Solutions Patients:
We here at CognitiveHSC take great pride in patient care. Because we want to be the best for you, we are updating our current electronic medical record (EMR) to a new and improved one! This new EMR will allow for a more efficient streamlined process for the entire practice. We anticipate the transition to take place March 6th. There will be follow up communications prior to the launch so be on the lookout for additional resources coming soon to help you make a successful transition.
First you must have an email address to be able to access the new system. We will be utilizing the patient portal significantly for most of your interactions with CognitiveHSC. If you do not have an email, there are a number of free email accounts available to you on the internet, including gmail, yahoo, and a number of others. Again, you must have an active email address when we switch over to the new system.
As with any new process, there may be some challenges along the way. Please be patient with us as we work through this transition. Thank you for your patience.
